With over 16 years of experience, Jeannie is passionate about patient care and building lasting relationships through personalized dental hygiene. Her career began as a dental assistant in 2002, where she developed a strong foundation in clinical and patient care. Known for her gentle touch, Jeannie takes pride in helping patients achieve and maintain healthy smiles. She stays current with the latest advancements in hygiene through continuing education and professional development. 

Outside the office you’ll find Jeannie at the hockey rink or soccer field proudly cheering on her two kids, spending time outdoors, and making memories with her husband, Jeff.

With over 20 years of experience in the field, Debbie is deeply passionate about being an advocate for her patients and helping them understand the vital connection between oral and systemic health. She believes in a shared responsibility when it comes to care—partnering with each patient to support their journey toward better health.

Debbie genuinely loves seeing her patients thrive and celebrates every step they take toward improved wellness. Outside of work, she enjoys gardening, spending time with her grown son and daughter, and chasing around her new French bulldog puppy, Cash.

Emily is a key member of the front office team, bringing a background in business administration and human resources to help keep the practice running smoothly. A proud graduate of UW–Stout, she brings professionalism, positivity, and a love of organization to every workday.

Beyond the office, Emily enjoys cheering on hockey teams, tackling speed puzzles, and spending time with her dogs. She’s also deeply involved in her church community, where she serves both children and students with the same warmth and enthusiasm she brings to her work.

Ashley is a dedicated dental assistant with a passion for providing excellent patient care and ensuring every visit is a comfortable experience. She enjoys helping patients achieve healthy smiles while supporting the dental team in delivering top-notch treatment.

Outside of the office, Ashley loves spending time in the kitchen, cooking alongside her husband and trying out new recipes. She also volunteers on the Superior Hiking Trail, giving back to the outdoor spaces she loves exploring. When the weather allows, she enjoys the thrill of motorcycle rides, taking in the open road and beautiful scenery.

At the core of Alicia's work is a genuine desire to help people feel seen, heard, and cared for. Prior to her 4+ years in dental, she shared her heartfelt compassion and care as CNA working with the elderly in senior and memory care.

Outside of work, Alicia is a proud mother of two and loves spending time outdoors with her family. Whether she's enjoying a quiet moment in nature or a loud family BBQ, she finds joy in life's simple pleasures and meaningful connections.

Madi brings a bright spirit and a team-focused attitude to the practice, making each day more enjoyable for both patients and colleagues. She’s passionate about creating a welcoming and comfortable environment for everyone who walks through the door.

Outside of work, Madi cherishes quality time with her husband and finds joy in the little everyday moments that make life special. An avid volleyball enthusiast, she loves hitting the court with friends for both competitive matches and casual games. At home, you’ll often find her curled up with her family, enjoying the heartwarming magic of a classic Disney movie.
